What is included in the subscription plans?
Each plan includes a specific number of eco-friendly packaging units, utensils, takeout bags, napkins, inventory tracking features, and delivery/shipping. Higher-tier plans offer premium perks like branded utensils, predictive restocking, nationwide shipping, and even on-site training.
How do the units work?
Each unit refers to one packaging container. Depending on your plan, you’ll receive a set monthly number of units to mix and match among available SKUs (e.g., 9x9x3, 8x8x3 PLA-lined containers). Some plans include limits on the number of each container type (max 100 per SKU in EcoSaucy).
What does “mix & match” mean?
You can choose different container types within your total unit allowance. For example, with the EcoSaucy Plan, you can pick up to 100 of each SKU, totaling 400 units.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Local delivery is available for most plans, and nationwide shipping is included in higher-tier plans like EcoMaximize and EcoElite.
Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Yes. You can change your plan monthly based on your business needs. We also offer custom consultations for businesses with higher volume or specific requirements.
What if I need more than the included units?

How does inventory tracking work?
Inventory tracking ranges from monthly usage reports (EcoStarter, EcoSaucy) to real-time dashboards with alerts and predictive restocking (EcoPro, EcoMaximize).
Are all utensils and packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. All included products are compostable or biodegradable. Premium plans offer branded or bamboo utensils.
